Fiona Hoey

Fiona is a start-up and communications savant playing pivotal roles in the formation of a 24-hour news channel, a national public policy organization, and a communications directorate inside a high- profile international ministry. Most recently Fiona was the Vice President of Campaigns for a nonprofit education advocacy and policy organization. While there, she shaped communications tactics and strategies resulting in a high level of brand penetration among legislators, funders and the press. She provided media training to staff and Executive Directors, garnering hundreds of media hits as well as op-ed placements. Prior to that Fiona spent over a decade in network broadcast news covering the biggest stories in the early aughts and managing editorial content, anchors, producers and writers in St. Louis and New York City. She received three Emmys for her work in television news and was awarded “Advocate of the Year” from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
