At mevvn (n./may-vn/), we partner with nonprofit organizations that are deeply committed to their missions and the communities they serve. We understand the unique challenges nonprofits face, from limited resources to growing expectations, and we work alongside leaders to strengthen organizations in ways that are practical, sustainable, and values aligned.

Our work is collaborative at every step. We bring experience in strategy, systems, and organizational design, but we begin by listening. Together with leadership teams and staff, we co-create approaches that support effective leadership, healthy cultures, and meaningful change. Our Process

We synthesize what we learn to make sense of complexity, surfacing key priorities, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs. This phase helps leadership and boards develop a shared view of what matters most and why.

We begin by listening and learning. Through review of organizational plans, systems, workflows, and stakeholder perspectives, we develop a grounded understanding of how the organization is operating today and how it is positioned for the future..

We support execution by building and deploying the people, processes, systems, and tools needed to move plans into action and sustain progress over time.

We work with leaders to design a clear, practical path forward, aligning strategy, structure, and resources to support sustainable change or growth.
